Introduction

ELT Reels provides English Language Learning videos, grammar and vocabulary guides. ELT Reels is a part of Independent Television News Limited (ITN). ITN ("we", "our", "us") is a “data controller” registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and complying with our legal obligations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our online platform.

Typically we will process personal data about you when you use our ELT Reels services or otherwise contact us.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

ITN is committed to protecting your personal information. ITN employs a range of security measures to safeguard against risks like loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction. These include physical controls such as locked filing cabinets and restricted access, as well as technical measures such as encryption and firewalls. Although ITN cannot guarantee the complete elimination of these risks, it is committed to making every effort to prevent such incidents. 

We will inform you without unnecessary delay if we find that a breach of our security measures could significantly harm you. Additionally, we will promptly notify the relevant authorities as required by applicable laws.
